Notary & Loan Signing Fees:

Fees are determined by the number of signatures being notarized during the same visit.

 Loan Signing Fees:

Loan signings are more complex notary jobs that require additional time to complete. Loan signing fee will be added to the signature fees when loan documents are notarized.

Loan signing fees full purchase are between $90 -$200.

$75 Seller Package $50 + Loan Application

Fees are $95.00, Secretary of State processing fees are additional

Notarization fees are not included in the above price. If your document requires notarization, our standard notary fees will apply.
